Back in 2004-05, MSN Messenger allowed you to blog. Growing up, when the internet was in its infancy stage, the option to create anonymously attracted me a great deal.

The irritating dial up tone of VSNL post ten pm, with its discounted rates let us high schoolers foray in to the big bad world of internet blogging. Please note, not micro blogging, not photo blogging, but full blown blogs created by people of varied interests. It would be read extensively, discussed and lauded.

Where did those people go? Where did that space go? They say, the internet is vast and you can never really lose anything here.

It’s a lie.

Well if you come across a page called “The Yellow Rubber Ducky in the Sky” please send me a link. I’d love to read what a 16 year old me, wrote about her lopsided world.

But we’re here now, and you’re here. First up, thank you!

Here’s where I’ll document the small joys of my life. How I redeem every unsatisfactory day by trying to be grateful for the small things.

How maybe, by me reiterating the selflessness of a bright blue sky, will make you a sky lover too.

Maybe I’ll swap ideas on how you can start your journey to decorate your homes to reflect your style or pay tribute to your favourite art form.

A little bit of this, a little bit of that. A lot of chai, a bit of reflection and a longing for the 90’s.

Hop on, let’s find more small joys of life.
